If you bank at one of our Shared Branch locations, a teller can now identify and authenticate members with out-of-state IDs in the branch using a QR code and one-time passcode multi-factor authentication verification. This additional layer of authentication will be used for cash withdrawals for CO-OP users using out-of-state IDs.

If you plan to travel to a different state outside of Kansas, you can use one of our Shared Branch CO-OP Partners! Simply visit the credit union and scan the QR Code they provide. OR, you can plan ahead and get started by visiting verify.coop.org and you'll be ready to use Shared Branching with your out-of state ID.
